Customer Operations Director

Provides strategic and operational leadership to Customer Operations team to meet corporate objectives. Plans and directs division’s planning, objectives, initiatives, project management, budgeting, and technology solutions to efficiently enhance customer experience. Establishes corporate Customer Experience program through management of CX initiatives. Oversees corporate customer billing and collections, customer care, service installation and repair, and service support center teams. Leads planning and operational management of corporate BSS/OSS platform and establishes efficient service order workflows for service activation. Sets call center standards and provides corporate leadership to call center technology solutions. Ensures continuous improvement and leverages technology to drive operational efficiency.
